Terms of Service

By accessing or using VECTOR AI Security Suite ("Service", "VECTOR"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Service Description

VECTOR is a software-as-a-service platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate professional penetration testing reports from raw security findings. The Service is provided by Abdulqadir Akinsola, sole proprietor, operating as VECTOR AI Security Suite from Abuja, Nigeria.

3.1 Authorized Security Testing Only

Important: VECTOR is exclusively for documenting authorized security testing activities. You agree to use VECTOR only for findings from systems where you have explicit written authorization from the system owner (e.g. signed Statement of Work, bug bounty program scope, internal red team mandate).

All paid subscriptions are processed by Polar.sh (acting as Merchant of Record) and Stripe. Polar handles VAT, sales tax, and applicable taxes for international customers.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time via Polar's customer portal.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued only for billing errors and within 14 days of the charge.

4.5 Failed Payments

If your payment fails, your subscription will be downgraded to the Free plan after a 3-day grace period.

4.6 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice via email.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Critical notice: VECTOR uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate reports. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated reports before sharing them with clients, employers, or third parties. VECTOR is not liable for the content or consequences of AI-generated reports.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to your pentest findings, generated reports, and custom templates.

6.2 Our Platform

VECTOR retains all rights to the platform, software, default templates, and AI prompt engineering.

6.3 License to Process

By submitting findings to VECTOR, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to generate your requested report.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VECTOR from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time via My Profile > Danger Zone.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, fail to pay subscription fees, or use VECTOR for unauthorized testing.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria.

For users in the EU/UK, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

13. Changes to Terms

Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
